Is there a free trial?

Yes, we offer one free ninety-minute trial class for employees at interested companies. A minimum of three employees is required. Free trials are only offered for complete beginners in Spanish or English since we can't build a class without knowing levels. A consultation with a decision-maker at the company is required prior to the free trial.

How many employees can be enrolled?

Our first step is to evaluate the current language level of your employees before splitting them into class levels. Generally we see companies putting anywhere between 3–20 employees into a group class.

Do you teach other languages?

How long will it take my workers to learn a language?

Complete beginners in either Spanish or English should be able to speak for 1.5 – 2 minutes about a basic work problem in the present tense after just 48 instructional hours.

Is there homework?

Yes. Employees should expect to study for about 1 – 1.5 hours of self-study each week, especially at the beginner levels where repetition matters most.

Are classes recorded?

Online classes can be recorded in case of absences if your company wants that option and employees consent. Onsite classes are not recorded. Audio summaries for beginners are always included.

What is the attendance policy?

Regular attendance is essential. We recommend companies set and communicate a strict attendance policy with employees. We cannot guarantee good results if attendance falls below eighty percent for a semester class.
